we really enjoyed this hotel. the staff was very kind without being intrusive. the room was amazingly comfortable and fine, it had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Everything there was perfectly fine and the staff were nice. I enjoyed having 2 double beds in the room, that was fine too. Its location within easy walking distance of a royal palace was particularly good.

Conveniently situated for exploring the historic center with easy access to attractions. Parking was a stroke of luck. The room, though small, was sufficient for sleep. The cleaning girl was incredibly helpful and promptly fixed any issues. The host was attentive and had a vending machine that saved me from leaving the building for coffee and snacks. The place was clean and had plenty of hot water. Close proximity to Plaza Mayor and tapas bars. Though noisy at night, the location was ideal. The view from the window was nice, but it did get noisy in the mornings. a cheap and cheerful place to stay with great value for money.
